To Install ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1) Visit http://www.inline-tech.com 2) Click on the 'Install Full Version' button. 3) Follow as directed. Registration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1) We enforce registration for a variety of reasons, mainly so that we can contact you about available updates and/or known issues. Miscellaneous Items ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1) The data is not currently being validated. As an example, you could enter a blood pressure value of 10 for both Systolic and Diastolic. I believe that it is highly unlikely that you would be able to enter any values in your Palm OS device if these values were true..... 2) A DeskTop application is currently being worked on. Once completed, it is expected but not promised, that the data entered in the Palm OS Medical-ILTI version will be available for download to Excel, a product currently owned by Microsoft Corporation. 3) Data displayed on any of the forms will be lost if you exit the form prior to selected the Save option from the Menu. - This functionality may change in a future release dependant upon User request. 4) Please send any enhancement requests to Support@inline-tech.com. 5) We will be starting a discussion group on Yahoo in the very near future. This is expected to be free to all who have registered Medical-ILTI. Please send any support e-mails to Support@inline-tech.com, with the subject line being: MEDICAL-ILTI SUPPORT. 2) Please be as specific as possible with your support e-mail. The more information we receive, the quicker we can resolve the issue. a) Items such as the type of device, model of device, Palm OS version, and the exact error message are extremely helpful. b) Items such as the steps required to create the issue are extremely helpful. 3) We will answer the support e-mails as quickly as possible. Updates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1) We will attempt to make minor updates available on a quarterly, in some cases monthly, basis. a) Minor updates are corrections and/or enhancements which we determine should be given to our Customers at no cost to other then In-Line. 2) We will attempt to make major releases available every 9-12 months. a) Major updates will normally be functional updates/enhancements, such as allowing for 99 forms of blood pressure vales to be entered for one day. While highly unlikely that you would enter that many blood pressure values, you get the idea of a possible major update for this Application. Software License Agreement ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a legal agreement between you and In-Line Technologies covering your use of Medical-ILTI (the 'Software'). Be sure to read the following Agreement BEFORE using the Software. BY USING THE SOFTWARE (REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED THE SOFTWARE OR NOT), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUAL LICENSE AGREEMENTS OF THE APPLICATIONS WHICH MAY BE INCLUDED IN AND/OR WITH THIS SOFTWARE AS INSTALLED IN THE PRODUCT FOLDER(S). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND RETURN ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A POSSIBLE REFUND. The Software is owned by Lester F. Callif, of In-Line Technologies, and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording). Paying the license fee allows you the right to use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You may not network the Software or otherwise use it or make it available for use on more than one computer at the same time. You may not rent or lease the Software, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not use the Software to illegally copy or share copyrighted material, including but not limited to, music files. If you violate any part of this Agreement, your right to use this Software terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. The Software and its related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and Lester F. Callif expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Lester F. Callif and/or In-Line Technologies be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the Software or related documentation, even if Lester F. Callif and/or In-Line Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Lester F. Callif and/or In-Line Technologies' liability exceed the license fee paid, if any. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extend permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The Software and documentation is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the United States Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subdivision (b)(2)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause as 252.227-7013.
